Deep Tissue Massage - 30 Minutes

Our deep tissue massage is the perfect way to feel the benefits of a deeper massage for tense/tight muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage uses a firmer pressure, suited to your needs, It is never intended to cause pain or discomfort. We use targeted techniques to release the fascia,  and, then the underlying deeper layers of muscle.

We aim to help release tight tense areas (knots,), where this can also help releasing chronic tension, and restoring your body's natural movement.

Deep tissue massage is ideally recommended for fitness/sports enthusiasts, where it can help relax muscle tissue, enabling a swifter recovery, and imporved performance.

Deep tissue massage can also be helpful for those in stationery job positions,  or drivers. 

If you experience a low pain threshold, or bruise easily this treatment may not be suitable for you, where we can offer other alternative treatments that may work and align with you better.

This is your special time, we work to suit your needs, which may be a back/neck/shoulders, or include arms/legs. Fot those that have severe pain, restricted movement, we offer reflexology on the hands or feet to help release these areas by tageting the nervous system.
